28 April 2011: For the third year running, digital marketing company bigmouthmedia, the media arm of LBi, has held its number one spot in the search marketing category of this year's
New Media Age Marketing Services Guide, with a record £12.68m in income from search marketing to June 2010.
Published every year, the New Media Age Marketing Services Guide lists leading specialists in the fields of
affiliate marketing, online ad networks, web analytics and email, search marketing and mobile and ranks them according to income. NMA highlights that this year's results show that agencies in general are diversifying into different business areas, including mobile, display and social media, to provide a more integrated offering.
Phil Gripton, MD of bigmouthmedia, said: "Being recognised as No 1 for search in the NMA Marketing Services Guide for the third year running is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the dedication, hard work and professionalism of all of our team, who consistently put their clients first. I think our ongoing success shows we continue to innovate and deliver for our clients as well as reflecting our heritage in the sector. We are pleased to maintain our leadership in
PPC and
SEO in a challenging and ever changing market, although search services are increasingly more just a part of our blended digital offering. Over the last couple of years we have seen substantial growth in other digital disciplines, including display and affiliate marketing, web analytics, conversion optimisation, creative services and most recently a surge in social media. Our approach is very much focussed on excellent client centred service that takes advantage of combined services to generate incremental upside for our clients."
