Google creates a pocket sized world for the palm of your hand

Google has expanded on its mobile web services with a clever set of product enhancements, Google mobile web services has grown larger with a host of services and products being released with improved mobile interfaces.

The language interface capabilities of the current Google product offerings including Gmail, News and Personalised home page have been expanded to include both US and UK English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch, Russian, Chinese and Turkish.

These three products are already well established within the conventional world of the internet, but by improving their mobile compatibility Google aims to make sure users can access the information that is most important to them almost anywhere with a mobile device.

Those already familiar with the Google personalised home page on their home or work computers can now access a version designed specifically for mobile devices. The personalised homepage is now available to mobile users with an enhanced layout to ensure that reading on mobile devices is quick, easy and simple.

The improvements to Gmail have ensured that mobile users experience the same reliable email environment they are used to with the current PC interface but are also empowered with a simple search feature and simple reply function. The clever bit introduced for mobile users is the ability to directly call 'buddies' from your email contact list.

When using a mobile device to search news many users have come across a cumbersome interface which is not particularly fast to navigate.

The new Google News mobile interface allows users to search across mobile news sources in a simple, easy to read format. So, no matter what subject you're interested in, Google offers every mobile user something exciting.
