Roles and Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the direct management of the PPC Account Management function including staff management of account managers across BMM PPC Dept UK locations. Direct ownership of the ongoing development of quality and delivery of the PPC product including staff training and development and continuous quality assessment and ongoing improvement of overall standards of PPC product.

Client Service
• Campaign development and monitoring
• Ongoing campaign and department best practice reviews
• Client escalation point
• Strategist liaison and resource
• High level client meeting attendance
• Sales team support
Training and Development
• Staff coaching and mentoring
• Identification of skills and training gaps
• HR liaison for ongoing training and development needs and initiatives
• Development and ownership of training practices (scalable and transferable across departments)
• Development ad ownership of 3 tier induction process
Quality
• Ongoing improvement in overall standard of output (account management)
• Monitoring and assessment of work quality (account management staff and department level)
• Development and implementation of account management assessment and accreditation scheme (account management)
Department Management
• Direct management of PPC team leaders & departmental strategists
• Responsibility for communication and motivation of A/M team toward department targets
• Client allocations and overall management of client base
• Collaboration with Head of Digital / Head of Operations in development and incorporation of new products and upsell opportunities within dept.
Department Development
• Responsibility for documentation quality and development
• Responsibility for the identification of recruitment needs within Account Management team
• Responsible for identification and development of initiatives to improve and maintain high levels of team morale
External Relationships
• Responsible for communication with 3rd party providers
• Responsible for the organisation of three-way client meetings with providers
• Responsible for maintaining the E-Consultancy relationship and conducting training sessions
