Junior PPC Managers
Role Summary and Purpose:
To assist with the management of a portfolio of paid search clients; to support account managers in the daily management of paid search campaigns; to assist in the development/improvement of bigmouth media's paid search offering as part of bigmouth media's overall digital marketing offering.

Key Responsibilities:
Team:
Participates in team meetings on a regular basis
Keeps up to date with industry developments
Participates in team training and events
Escalates client problems to PPC account manager
Supports with providing cover for other accounts in the department in cases of planned or unplanned absence of colleagues
Adheres to PPC best practices at all times
Assists in establishing bigmouth media as market and thought leader in the industry
Assists the finance department by compiling regular spend reports for client campaigns
Client:
Assists the team with the management of a portfolio of paid search clients
Provides market leading client service, along company guidelines
Assists account managers with timely delivery of client deliverables
Understands and works towards achieving client KPIs
Monitors, addresses and escalates any client issues to PPC Team Leader
Assists with providing cover for other accounts in the department during holidays or absence of other team members
Prepares regular presentations for clients (industry and client specific)

Agrees and works towards a tailored personal development plan
Complies with company office hours and project deadlines
Identifies additional training needs
Commercial and Operational:
Supports the sales department by providing material on paid search for pitches or participating in pitches
Identifies opportunities for up- and cross-sells and discusses them with relevant departments in the company

Drives own personal development within the service delivery team
Responsible for the increasing product knowledge to contribute to team KPIs
Develops self through self study of product offering, media services and digital marketplace
Seeks guidance from others to facilitate knowledge growth
Seeks training from senior team members and through L&D training offering
Responsible for own personal development goals and ensure these are met throughout the year
Studies and sits industry exams where required
Responsible for keeping CPD log for the year reflecting L&D activities
May coach new staff members on area of expertise
Assist peers as source of knowledge and guidance on expertise area
Demonstrates commitment to ongoing learning
Support internal knowledge share through training, coaching or document development
Willing to learn new ideas and methods, readily accepting guidance, training, coaching and feedback from others

Highly proficient in MS word, excel and powerpoint
Knowledge of PPC campaign management tools:
Google Adwords Editor,
Yahoo advertising platform, MSN Adcenter
Desirable
Knowledge of other
search engines (Yandex, Baidu, Maktoob)
Working knowledge of tracking and analytics tools
Working knowledge of paid search campaigns on facebook and linkedin
Second language
GAP certified
Basic knowledge of other areas of digital marketing:
SEO, Display, Affiliate marketing

Understanding of core elements of PPC and online marketing
Experience working in a PPC account executive ro

Proven track record of management of PPC campaigns
1 year experience as PPC account executive
GAP qualified
