Role Summary and Purpose:Due to client demand, we have seen significant expansion in the link development team. This is a really exciting time to be joining and contributing to a dynamic and fun team.

SEO agency in the UK and is a recognised market leader in
SEO, delivering advanced SEO services to a large number of blue chip brands. This SEO Link Builder vacancy will drive SEO client campaigns through the provision of external link development services.
This is a key role in a key team (where we are experiencing rapid growth and innovation due to client demand).
This will involve creating and executing effective online quality signals for our SEO clients. In terms of day to day activity, the SEO Link Builder will use a combination of different white hat link building techniques to research, find and secure links from a variety of different, authoritative sources. This will include online media proliferation, blog engagement, content creation, social media activity and new technique innovation and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:Client: Develop link strategies
Identify, evaluate and secure client link development opportunities and other quality signals, from a range of sites and using different white hat techniques
Develop links of the required levels of quality/authority
Identify and adapt to search marketplace changes and tailor link strategies where necessary
Liaise with clients
Team: Increase team efficiency by accurate reporting of activity and opportunities
Work closely with team members and be very open to sharing best practices
Communicate the value and function of quality signals/link strategy internally to the Digital teams and the account managers
Personal: Identify additional training needs
Adhere to best practice organic search optimisation within department strategy at all times
Agree and work towards tailored Personal Development Plan
Keep up to date with the latest changes in link development
Commercial and Operational: Work with Account Management to identify client deliverables
Review client campaigns with Account Managers and adapt link strategy where necessary in line with campaign needs
Liaise with other departments to help facilitate the provision of agreed levels of reporting by the Reporting and Analytics department
Ensure all activities are in line with the broader SEO strategy for every client
Learning & Development: Take required measures in order to act as a knowledge expert for this area
Keep up to date on a daily basis with the rapidly changing link development / link equity /
Google / social landscape
Ensure any relevant learning is shared with rest of team and other key audiences
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:Essential:We'd love to hear from people who already do (or who have done) this client side or agency side.
We also welcome applications from anyone who has a personal passion for digital, websites, blogs or social media. There is extensive training available.Demonstrable experience of being able to write to a high standard
Ability to build relationships with bloggers and site owners
Good team player
Knowledge of social media
Good working knowledge of MS Word
Good working knowledge of Excel
Ability to work under supervision or using own initiative as appropriate
DesirableExperience of editing within a commercial setting
Blog writing and template editing
Knowledge of a variety of content management systems like Wordpress.
