Google are show casing their
search by location abilities. This move shadows Overture's Geo-modding feature which also allowed users to zoom in on a geographical location of choice. Google's location feature works by picking up clues from the indexed documents as to what the most appropriate geographical location for them might be. This allows users to restrict their search terms to sites relevant to the location of their choice.
