- To manage and maintain a portfolio of SEO client relationships.
- To develop, implement and manage SEO recommendations to clients and resource and manage internal relationships that impact the success of client SEO campaigns.
- To ensure high levels of service and delivery in all client campaigns.
- To ensure client retention of clients within portfolio.
- To grow client revenue streams within portfolio through client upsell demonstrating commercial awareness.
Key Accountabilities and Deliverables:
- To ensure timely delivery of all client activities relating to SEO development.
- To manage the client relationships through effective regular communication addressing client needs.
- To convey up to date and accurate SEO knowledge to impact positively on client campaigns.
- To effectively resource client campaigns through adherence to processes and procedures relating to search services.
- To identify and pursue upsell opportunities to increase revenue streams from client portfolio where appropriate.
- To share knowledge derived from client campaigns and SEO research with fellow team members.
- To identify client dissatisfaction and issues and escalate to Team Leader for resolution.
- To understand, adhere to and work towards client KPI's on an ongoing basis.
- To ensure client profitability through awareness of client revenues as directed by Team Leader and Head of Operations.
