Travel advertising figures increase

Nielsen-Netratings hve found that online travel advertising rose almost 40% in the third quarter. The figure reached £10.1 billion,

Travel is the 4th largest online advertiser.
Retail goods and services is the largest with 30 percent of ad impressions.

Financial Services come in 2nd with with 19 percent.

Interestingly, the Web Media industry accounted for 14 percent of total ad impressions.
