But the biggest question most companies want answered is: How to measure the return on investment (ROI)? According to a recent survey by the Meta Group, many companies do not measure
ROI at all, and among those who do, a quarter do not know the results. The survey highlights interesting statistics on the subject, including those who rely on guesswork, unplanned IT budgets, companies who fail to keep proper track of their investment, and poor customer relationship management.
