Such applications bring the power of Windows Live to your mobile phone in a local way so that you can determine your whereabouts from the geo-location of your phone. With this information, the Live Search service can provide search results tailored to you: where is the nearest seafood restaurant, or how far am I from grandma's house?

You can even get a satellite photo of where you're going or where the best parking can be found right through your phone. The application is simple to install: just send a SMS to 95483 (WLIVE) on your mobile phone.
