Yahoo! Regaining Revenue Ground

After six poor quarters, Yahoo yesterday reported raised revenue and profit, with projections for a rosy 2002

Shares in the company were up 46 cents at $12.65 a share
As predicted, and catered for with last years sweeping changes, Yahoo!s core advertising business, continued to drop, with a 4% decrease in this type of revenue .
Chief Executive Terry Semel expressed confidence in his companys potential to show growth in this division in the coming quarters.
