Oh - and if the words "T'was the night before Christmas" seem familiar, it may be because we've borrowed them from the famous 19th century poem "A Visit From St. Nicholas" by Professor Clement Clarke Moore ... or was that Henry Livingston Jr? Interestingly no-one seems to be quite sure which one wrote this most Christmassy of all poems ...
Nevertheless this poem, first published over 175 years ago, almost single-handedly defined our modern idea of Santa Claus. Now that's what we call marketing - even Bigmouthmedia couldn't have done it better!
